All Farfalla Fiber Co pieces are handmade with care and ship from the United States.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
International shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping on select items.
Delivery times vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our work, all made-to-order and custom items are final sale.
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:
The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition. The item shows no signs of wear, washing, or damage
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
